Our business is helping clients develop and sustain an ethical culture in their organizations. In response to a culture of materialism, a disregard for authority, and competing values, businesses and organizations are compelled to develop a sustainable ethics program. For corporations, small businesses, and non-profits, ethical violations diminish profits, ruin careers, stain reputations, and create legal problems. Therefore, a viable ethics program is critical for every business and organization.

When clients ignore their vulnerabilities, they invite trouble. We strive to increase client awareness in the areas of employee work ethic, compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Federal Sentencing Guidelines, and corporate social responsibility. For many people making ethical decisions, the challenge may be determining right from right – an ethical dilemma in our complex society. We focus on helping clients determine detailed, ethical standards for their businesses. Honesty, transparency, and professional conduct are important in building and maintaining reputation, establishing a brand, and maintaining moral leadership.

It is our job to help you develop an ethical decision making framework as a tool to not only decide right from wrong, but right from right. When you face an ethical dilemma, having the tools to arrive at a good decision is important. Rather than making decisions for you, we provide the tools you need to make the ethical decision that is right for your business. Through ethics education and training, quantitative and qualitative assessments, curriculum development, and projects, Creely Consulting provides a high quality service specially designed to meet each client’s needs.

Crisis Management – Avoiding ethical mistakes made during crises helps to preserve an organization’s reputation and credibility. Rather than making ethical decisions in a vacuum during a critical time, we help you to make tough decisions through critical examination. The process of shaping and changing public opinion and sustaining stakeholders’ confidence requires ethical decisions. Listening – the key to managing effectively in a rapidly changing environment – is reflected in feedback and recommendations for problem solutions.

Corporate Social Responsibility: challenges organizations to active involvement in the community and the world at-large in meeting needs of people through charity, philanthropy, and environmental greening. There is an ethical imperative for us to go beyond the legal requirements and the bottom line. We design social responsibility programs for our clients to complement their resources to the needs of the community. A social conscience within companies and organizations demonstrates a responsibility to all stakeholders through giving, caring, and making a difference locally, nationally, and globally.

Cross Learning – The experience of working with diverse industries, cultures, and religious ethics provides added value. Globalization requires a broad view in order to meet the demands of markets, relationships, norms, and technology. Through academic research and participation in professional ethics associations and societies, we keep abreast of current ethical issues with companies, government, education, and technology.
